We are a small apartment complex
with a limited number of units.

These few simple rules make it easier
for our guests to enjoy their stay.
Please do not exceed
the number of people allowed in each unit.


Reservations made under false pretenses
may be cancelled and no refunds made.

Check-In and Check-Out
Unless other arrangements are made prior to arrival
Check-in time is 3:00 pm
Check-out time is noon.

Early check-in or late check-out is available for a fee.
Please contact Charles for information
about availability and fees.

Reservations
To reserve an apartment, a one night
non-refundable deposit is required.
This deposit is applied to the cost of the rental.
Special events or monthly rentals may require that
the fees be paid in full prior to the event.
We allow 7 days from the date the reservation is made
for receipt of the payment.
No refunds are given for cancellation of a reservation
during a special event.

We accept checks and PayPal
for payment of the deposit,
and payment in full up to two weeks prior to arrival.
Balance is due in cash upon arrival.
PayPal accepts credit cards and bank debits.

Occupancy
Each apartment has a maximum occupancy.
We reserve the right to evict you without a refund
should you exceed the maximum without our prior approval.

Pets
Pets are welcome, but
a deposit may be required for larger pets.
Please contact us for complete details.

Telephones
The telephone system is shared among the apartments.
Long distance requires a calling card.
Please be considerate of others.

Repairs
If any repairs are needed to your unit,
please contact us as soon as possible.
We live on site and can usually make any repairs
without a disruption to your vacation.
We reserve the right to move you to another apartment
in the event repairs cannot be made in a timely manner.
There is no refund for circumstances beyond our control,
including appliance failure or bad weather.

Hurricane Policy
We do not offer refunds for bad weather,
however, in the event of an evacuation,
we will apply your payment to another rental time.

Linens
We provide bed linens and towels in all apartments,
However, we ask that you do not take
our linens or towels to the beach.
Please bring your own beach towels.

Gates
We have locking gates to the courtyard
and require that the gates be locked at all times.
This is for the security of the property and all guests.
